Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy - Coaching sessions are booked in advance via our website. - Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session. - You’ll receive a confirmation email with session details and a calendar invite. Cancellation & Rescheduling - We understand life happens. You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your session for a 50% refund. - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable, except in cases of emergency. - If you’re running late, we’ll hold the session time for you, however, the session will end at the originally scheduled time. Waitlist Policy - If your preferred time is unavailable, you can join our waitlist. - We’ll notify you if a slot opens up—priority is given in order of request. - Waitlist spots are not guaranteed, but we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
